Delete your account

You can close a Vera Circle account from the app, or by emailing us from the address on the account if you have uninstalled it.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Vera Circle and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion is blocked while you have an open booking, an open dispute, or a payment still being captured. Finish or cancel those first.

If you no longer have the app

Email privacy@veracircle.ca from the email address on the account. Write “Delete my Vera Circle account” in the subject. We confirm the request and apply the same blockers and 14-day grace as the in-app flow.

What we keep

Profile and contact details are removed after the grace period. Booking and payment records stay where Canadian tax and dispute-resolution rules require them, without identifiers that are no longer needed. See the privacy policy (v2026-09-04).
